Shipping Destinations
We currently deliver to selected cities within India. To check if we deliver to your location, please enter your Pincode on the checkout page. If courier service is unavailable in your area, we apologize for the inconvenience.

Note: We do not offer the option to ship a single order to multiple destinations. If you wish to ship items to multiple locations, please place separate orders for each destination.
Shipping & Handling Charges
Domestic Orders: We provide free shipping within India.
International Orders: Customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges, along with any applicable duties and taxes at the destination. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Custom Clearance
All apparel shipments exported from India must go through customs clearance. The package may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. If you receive a package with a label stating “Opened for Customs,” please be assured that it has been inspected as per regulations.

Note: For international orders, shipping charges must be paid at the time of placing the order. Additionally, customers must pay any customs duty or taxes imposed by their country at the time of delivery. All shipments are on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.
Order Tracking
Customers can track their orders by clicking on the Track Order option on our website. To track your order, enter the email address used for the purchase along with the order number.
Registered users can view and track their orders from the Order History section in their account. We encourage unregistered users to create an account for an enhanced shopping experience.
Delivery Timelines
Delivery times vary based on location. We make every effort to ensure timely deliveries.
Domestic Orders (Within India)
Orders are typically delivered within 7-10 working days from order confirmation.
Delays due to government regulations or unforeseen circumstances may extend this period. In such cases, we will notify you, and if the order is canceled, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Since deliveries are address-specific, please ensure you enter the correct shipping address during checkout.
Important: If delivering to an office address, please provide department details, employee ID, and direct landline numbers to avoid delivery failures.
To prevent misdelivery, please keep one of the following ID proofs ready for verification:

International Orders
Orders are delivered within 7-21 working days from order confirmation.
Delays caused by government authorities or customs clearance may extend this period.
If we fail to deliver within the stipulated time, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Note: International recipients must present either a passport or driving license for verification at the time of delivery.
