Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Royal Pallu

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Some reasons for cancellation may include:

• Limited stock availability.

• Errors in pricing or product information.

• Any issues flagged by our fraud prevention team.

• Other unforeseen circumstances.

If your order is canceled, fully or partially, we will notify you and refund the amount, if applicable.

Cancellation by Customer

• Customers may cancel their order only before it has been shipped.

• To check the status, registered customers can use the “Track Order” feature on our website.

• Once the cancellation request is received, refunds will be initiated via the same payment method used for the transaction or via cheque (if the original payment method is no longer valid).

Note: If the payment has been deducted but the transaction fails, the amount will be refunded at the earliest.
