Return & Exchange Policy

At Royal Pallu (“Company”, “We”, “Us”), we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with our products while maintaining a high standard of security and assistance. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product as per the guidelines outlined below.

1. Return Policy

International Orders

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders, except in cases where a defective product has been delivered. If you receive a defective product, it must be returned unused and in its original packaging, along with the invoice, for a refund. You must report the defect within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at contact@royalpallu.com .

7-Day Return Policy for Domestic Orders

For domestic orders, if the product is received in a damaged condition or is otherwise unsatisfactory, you may return it within 7 days in its original, unused condition with packaging and invoice. Our courier partner will collect the order from your provided address.

Note: Returns made through any other logistics provider will not be accepted.

2. Return Charges

Domestic Orders

  • Our courier partner will collect the returned order from your provided address within India.

  • Customers do not need to pay any return shipping charges.

3. How to Initiate a Return?

  1. Contact our customer support at [Insert Contact Email] within 7 days of receipt.

  2. Wait for a confirmation email before sending the product.

  3. Ensure the product is returned in its original, unused condition. The package must be sealed properly before handing it over to the courier.

  4. Include the original invoice in the return package.

Note: Returns requested beyond 7 days from the date of receipt will not be entertained.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and process the refund. The refund will be credited via the same payment method used during the purchase or via cheque in case the original payment method is no longer valid.

  • Online Payments: Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds will be issued via NEFT transfer, requiring the customer to provide a canceled cheque.

  • International Orders: No refunds are offered except in cases where a defective product is returned. In such cases, the refund will be processed only after inspection and approval by our Quality Assurance team.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer an exchange policy. However, you may return the product as per our return policy and place a new order for a different product.

6. Disclaimer

  • All products and information displayed on our website constitute an invitation to offer.

  • Orders are accepted only upon product dispatch, and we reserve the right to accept or reject any order in part or full.

  • We strive to display product colors and dimensions accurately, but variations may occur due to screen settings.

  • Royal Pallu owns all website content, including images and trademarks. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

  • We do not guarantee that the website will be available at all times, nor do we accept liability for any external website links.

7. Liability & Governing Law

  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by using our products or website services.

  • For international orders, we do not provide guarantees or warranties, except for a Certificate of Authenticity.

Changes to the Policy We reserve the right to update this policy as needed. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date clearly stated.
